The team worked very well, I thought. Decor and comfortable room added to my experience, I must say. The spa facilities were accessible and well kept. I appreciated the reception lady arranging food for me at the bar after my late arrival. It was more than adequate.
The bathroom door had some marks, I noticed.

The Indian menu in the restaurant was AMAZING!!! It surpasses many dedicated Indian restaurants I have visited. Terri offered great service in the main restaurant. I noticed her dedication during a busy period. The bar had excellent staff. I thought they were attentive.

the room was clean and adequate for my needs. the shower worked well and the towels were soft (which is always a plus!). i also enjoyed a nice meal in the restaurant .
my room wasn't serviced one day. i had to ask for tea and milk and they didn't replenish them. it took over an hour to get them after i called twice (that's a little long). i eventually went to reception to pick them up myself.

the staff were excellent. the manager took the time to welcome us and assist us. the room was clean and cool. the bar was cute and the restaurant food was excellent.
The room was located above the outside quad. it was noisy because of people till very late. The sound travelled up to the room, even with the window closed. when i arrived, the room temperature was set to 16 degrees, and it was freezing. it took hours for it to warm up.

the room was a classic twin room. it had adequate space and a comfortable bed. the breakfast buffet had a nice variety and the staff were quick (i especially liked the pastries).
the carpets seemed a bit old. the hotel also had a slight humid smell. the parking fee was an unexpected cost (i thought it would be free).
